Handling of Personal Information
Upon the acquisition of personal information, we will make clear the purpose of the acquisition. We will properly handle the acquired personal information within the scope of the purposes for which the consent of the customer concerned has been obtained, and take measures to prevent the personal information from being used for unintended purposes.
When the handling of personal information is entrusted to a subcontractor, we will select a company that has a protection level equivalent to or higher than ours.
Implementation of Safety Measures
In order to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as other accidents such as loss, destruction, falsification, or leaks of personal information, we shall take reasonable security measures including the implementation of in-house rules for the prevention and corrective actions, and ensure that all employees understand and follow the rules.

In cases where the purpose of acquisition is obvious according to the situation, such as exchanging of business cards as a business practice, telephone conversation, or e-mail exchange, we may omit specifying the purpose of acquisition. Personal information acquired through surveillance camera images, access logs in our system, and other information will be used for the prevention of accidents and investigation of accidents having occurred.
